These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexusTTS website at nexustts.com and all related services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

NexusTTS is an online text-to-speech (TTS) platform that allows users to convert text into natural-sounding speech using advanced AI technology. Our services include:

Text-to-speech generation with 400+ premium voices across 75+ languages
Unlimited free TTS generation (Edge TTS engine) with no registration required
AI Voice generation powered by VoxCPM2 with voice design and voice cloning capabilities
Face swap tool for AI-powered face replacement in images

2. Free Service

NexusTTS offers free text-to-speech generation through our Unlimited TTS tool (powered by Edge TTS) with no registration required. Free usage is subject to fair use limits (2000 characters per generation).

The AI Voice feature (powered by VoxCPM2) is free for all users with a 500-character limit per generation. This feature uses a queue system to manage concurrent requests.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use NexusTTS to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
Generate content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or defraud others
Engage in automated or bulk access that could overload our servers or disrupt service for others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Generate spam, phishing content, or malicious communications

We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input into NexusTTS. Audio files generated using the free Unlimited TTS and AI Voice features are provided with a commercial license — you may use them for personal, commercial, and creative purposes including YouTube videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media content.

Our Platform: The NexusTTS website, its design, logos, code, and underlying AI technology are owned by NexusTTS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexusTTS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated voices may not always perfectly match the desired output, and results may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexusTTS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexusTTS, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Third-Party Services

NexusTTS integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and HuggingFace. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
