These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexusTTS website at nexustts.com and all related services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Service"). 3. Free and Paid Services

Free Tier: NexusTTS offers free text-to-speech generation through our Unlimited TTS tool (powered by Edge TTS) with no registration required. Free usage is subject to fair use limits (2000 characters per generation). New registered users receive 200 one-time credits.

Paid Plans: We offer paid credit plans (Lite, Mini, Starter, Pro, Max) that provide additional credits for premium features. Credits are non-transferable and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused paid credits expire after the 30-day period.

AI Voice: The AI Voice feature (powered by VoxCPM2) is free for all users with a 500-character limit per generation. This feature uses a queue system to manage concurrent requests.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. For our refund policy, please visit our Refund Policy page. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of credits have been used.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input into NexusTTS. Audio files generated using the free Unlimited TTS and AI Voice features are provided with a commercial license — you may use them for personal, commercial, and creative purposes including YouTube videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media content.

Our Platform: The NexusTTS website, its design, logos, code, and underlying AI technology are owned by NexusTTS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexusTTS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated voices may not always perfectly match the desired output, and results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexusTTS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexusTTS, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

NexusTTS integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Razorpay, and HuggingFace. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update pricing, features, and credit allocations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
